Fabric Sourcing & Colouring
Fabric is sourced or produced per order to match your requirements for composition, handfeel, and budget. Optional Pantone dyeing is available to meet precise brand colour and design specifications.

Sampling & Prototyping
Each order includes a physical sample for approval, allowing you to fine-tune your design before bulk manufacturing begins. A sample of each style is delivered within 7–14 days.

Bulk Garment Production
Once samples are approved, garments are manufactured on our production line using your confirmed specifications as the production standard. Bulk orders are completed and delivered within 4–6 weeks.

Quality Control & Assurance
We follow a four-stage quality control process, with every garment individually inspected to identify and correct any rare defects. If you are not satisfied with the quality, a refund can be claimed.

How is your clothing produced?
First, we look at your technical specifications. If you don’t have any clothing designs, we can help you create them. When an order is placed, we make a pre production sample for your approval. After you have approved your designs, we proceed to bulk manufacturing.
We have many customisation options available including various fabrics, embroidery, print, sublimation, fit and finishing options such as labels and buttons. Using these, we create high quality garments which adhere to your specifications. Intelligent sourcing is used to ensure fabrics are chosen with your design in mind, meaning the colour, softness, durability and budget meets your requirements.
When your order is complete and has been quality checked for a final time, it is dispatched for delivery via our network of global couriers like DHL,Fedex,UPS.
